Problem

Is there a way to display a listing of all groups and their members on the command line?

Solution

While there is no built in Perforce command to list all groups and their members, you can accomplish this by opening a Windows command prompt and entering the following command:
for /F %a in ('"p4 groups"') do (p4 -ztag group -o %a)
Note: If you would prefer to use this in a batch file (for use as a custom tool in P4V, for example) change the line to:
for /F %%a in ('"p4 groups"') do (p4 -ztag group -o %%a)
